The guarantee, in plain terms
Every vehicle purchased at Sunshine Auto Outlet comes with a 30-day or 1,000-mile (whichever comes first) motor and transmission exchange policy.
If the motor or transmission on your Sunshine Auto Outlet purchase fails within that time or mileage, your vehicle is eligible to be exchanged for another vehicle at Sunshine Auto Outlet of equivalent value. That's the whole policy — no fine-print gymnastics, no service contract to buy first.

Call us first
If your motor or transmission fails within 30 days or 1,000 miles of purchase, contact the dealership right away so we can get started.
We inspect the vehicle
Our automotive professionals confirm the failure and verify it wasn't caused by operator error — the one exclusion this policy carries.
You pick your exchange
Choose another vehicle of equivalent value from our lot — the largest selection of quality affordable vehicles in the area.
The fine print, up front
We keep this simple, and that includes being straight about the limits:
Operator error is not covered. Motor or transmission failures caused by operator error fall outside this policy. Whether a failure was caused by operator error is determined at the discretion of Sunshine Auto Outlet's automotive professionals.
This is a good-will company policy. It's something we offer because we believe in the vehicles we sell. It is not connected to the Federal Buyer's Guide posted on each vehicle.
Coverage applies to motor and transmission only. The exchange policy is limited to those two components — the ones that matter most on an affordable used vehicle.

Sunshine Auto Outlet sells a high volume of affordable, reliable vehicles — most around $10,000 and under. At those prices, extended warranties often cost more than they're worth, so we back the drivetrain ourselves instead.
